Your sessions will be offered once a week for one hour, my initial assessment is where I can talk you through the process of counselling and how I work. It also gives us time to see if we both feel we can work together. By discussing your concerns with you, I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, as well as identifying ways of finding your own solutions to problems.
