New Leaf Therapy is a counselling service that offers a safe space and a helping hand to guide you through whatever troubles you may have.
Throughout your time with me, I will guide you through your healing journey in which you will discover more about yourself, start to heal wounds from the past and create a more positive looking future.
I offer a comfortable environment to explore your thoughts and feelings and gain new clarity and understanding. I will encourage you to find new perspectives and find solutions to enrich your life and allow you to better support yourself in times of trouble.
By discussing your concerns with me, I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, as well as identifying ways of finding your own solutions to problems.
Sessions will be offered once a week for one hour, they are £40 a session. Your initial assessment is where I can explain in more detail how we will work together and answer any of your questions or concerns.
